Overview
Sightbox interventions are not a menu of outputs. They are a structured system for applying narrative judgment to high-leverage moments in a company's life cycle. The three layers are designed to be composable: start with Intervention, add Build, graduate to Standing Counsel — or enter at any layer if that is where the need is.
The key design principle is that narrative architecture comes first. A Build without an Intervention is possible (we can execute against an existing strategy), but it is never ideal. A Standing Counsel without a clear narrative foundation devolves into design support. The layers are ordered by strategic dependency, not by sequence.

Diagnosis + Narrative Architecture
A fixed-scope, fixed-price engagement that produces a canonical narrative frame. We diagnose the strategic situation — market position, investor context, competitive landscape, internal misalignment — and produce a narrative architecture that shapes everything downstream: positioning, messaging, visual identity, and investor storytelling.
