Roll-Over of Unused Hours

We understand that project needs can fluctuate. Therefore, any unused hours in a given month will not expire immediately. Instead, they will roll over for up to 3 months.

This flexibility ensures that Client gets the full value of our services without the pressure of a strict monthly usage cap.

While unused hours can be rolled over, please note that they are non-refundable. This policy encourages strategic planning and effective utilization of our services.

Project Management Protocol

  • All service requests and communications should be initiated through our dedicated project management portal.
  • This requirement is to ensure efficient tracking, coordination, and quality control of all tasks and projects.

Project Work and Estimates

  • For specific project work that falls outside the scope of the monthly retainer, additional estimates will be provided.
  • These estimates will be based on the nature and complexity of the project, ensuring transparency and alignment with Client’s expectations and budget.
  • Estimates for specific project work outside of the scope of the monthly retainer include but are not limited to new brand developments, website builds and video production.

Commitment & Flexibility

  • Agreements are structured on a month-to-month basis, providing flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
  • A 30-day cancellation notice is required to terminate the agreement, ensuring ample time for both parties to adjust and plan accordingly.
